Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available for the order and delivery PIN code.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87147 17214 or email support@uptreand.com with your order number. Once it has shipped, the return process applies instead.

Shipping and delivery

What does shipping cost?
₹49 on orders below ₹599, and FREE delivery on orders of ₹599 and above.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is then usually 5–12 business days. Remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We deliver across India only.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive tracking information when your order ships. If you have an account, sign in and check your orders. You can also visit Track your order or contact us with your order number.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return or replacement request for eligible items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with tags and accessories included. Some personal-care, hygiene and final-sale items are excluded as explained in our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?
Contact us before sending anything back — email support@uptreand.com or WhatsApp +91 87147 17214 with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos or a video. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. In these cases we cover the return shipping, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected the item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method. COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
